Brand-new hotel in a busy area just off Roadhouse cafe as well as the music cafes/clubs in the area. Comfortable bedroom. The staff - absolutely courteous and very amiable. Exceptionally nice and easy location, 15 minutes' walk to Sheffield Winter Garden.

Booked it for our business trip and had a fairly nice stay here. The hotel was modern with well-maintained rooms. The staff was very caring at this place. The location for Kathmandu was great, right by good restaurants and shopping, the nearby bus station, and the music cafes / clubs in the area.
